\n\nNigeria’s drug regulatory agency, the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), has ordered the recall of a male enhancement supplement known as MR.7 SUPER 700000 capsules after safety concerns were raised about the product. The agency said the capsules were marketed online as a dietary supplement but were found to contain undeclared pharmaceutical ingredients. 
According to NAFDAC, laboratory analysis revealed that the capsules contain sildenafil and tadalafil, substances commonly used in approved medications for erectile dysfunction. Because these ingredients were not declared on the product label, the supplement is considered an unapproved drug whose safety and effectiveness have not been established. 
Health authorities warned that consuming products containing these hidden substances could pose serious health risks, especially for individuals taking medications containing nitrates for heart conditions. The interaction can lead to a dangerous drop in blood pressure, which may become life-threatening. NAFDAC has advised the public to stop using the product immediately and report any adverse reactions through its official reporting channels.
