The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has arrested suspected members of a notorious “one chance” robbery syndicate in Oyo State and recovered a mobile phone allegedly stolen from one of their victims. The suspects were apprehended during a patrol operation after FRSC personnel received information about suspicious activities involving a commercial vehicle believed to have been used in carrying out robberies against unsuspecting passengers.
According to the FRSC, the arrest followed a swift intervention by officers who acted on reports from members of the public. During the operation, officials intercepted the vehicle and detained the occupants after preliminary investigations suggested possible involvement in criminal activities.
