The cases have been listed on the court’s official cause list, with one of the ADC rulings expected around 2 p.m., while the timing for the PDP matter remains unclear. 
The disputes stem from internal party conflicts over leadership and legitimacy, including a high-profile ADC case involving a faction led by former Senate President David Mark, who is challenging earlier court decisions affecting the party’s structure. In the PDP, the appeals are linked to the controversial Ibadan national convention, with litigants seeking validation of its outcome amid legal objections from party members.
