The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released a revised timetable and schedule of activities for the 2027 general elections, alongside official bank accounts for aspirants purchasing nomination forms. 
Key Dates and Timeline
• Sale of forms: April 25 – May 2, 2026
• Submission deadline: May 4, 2026
• Screening of aspirants: May 6 – May 9, 2026
• Screening appeals: May 12 – May 13, 2026
• Primary elections: May 15 – May 23, 2026 
The primaries will follow a phased approach, starting with the House of Representatives and ending with the presidential primary on May 23.

Cost of Nomination Forms
The APC also announced the fees for aspirants:
• State Assembly: ₦1m (interest) + ₦5m (nomination)
• House of Reps: ₦1m + ₦9m
• Senate: ₦3m + ₦17m
• Governorship: ₦10m + ₦40m
• Presidential: ₦30m + ₦70m 
👉 Female, youth, and persons with disabilities get discounted nomination fees (50%).
